Exploring nature
The team picks a habitat or part of the living world that interests it, researches it and talks to people who work with it.
Exploring biodiversity and natural habitats – and ideas for how science and technology can help us understand and protect them.

In the BIOGLOW season, teams explore the living world around us: plants, animals, the habitats they live in and the connections that hold them together. Through the innovation project they look for ways science and technology can help us understand and protect nature, and in the robot game they solve missions inspired by the theme.

Over several weeks, teams build and program their robot, research the theme and develop their project with their mentors.
Teams present their project and robot design, show their Core Values and run their missions in front of the referees.
